looking for a human resources advisor to provide support to its
managers and teams.
You will serve as the HR point of contact, overseeing the onboarding and integration of employees,
providing support throughout their career journey, and managing various internal files and processes.

- Actively contributing to the development and maintenance of the organizational culture.
- Planning and coordinating training and skills development activities.
- Supporting initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience and team engagement.
- Managing disability claims and coordinating with group insurance providers.
- Serving as a point of contact for immigration matters and work permits.
- Work closely with payroll to track vacation time and manage employee records.

Requirements:
- College or university degree in human resources management or a relevant related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in human resources or executive support.
- Membership in the Ordre des CRHA / CRIA is a plus.

- Strong ability to work in a team and motivate employees.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent management of priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong interest in knowledge sharing.
- Functional bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)
